| Welcome to Middle Cottage, at Llanmadoc Village on Gower Peninsula, Wales
Heather and Dai Howells welcome you to their two-bedroom self-catering holiday cottage at Llanmadoc, on the beautiful Gower Peninsula, Britain's first AONB, designated in 1950. The cottage which is 5 mins stroll to the local Inn (with food) sleeps up to five (e.g. two couples in seperate bedrooms, or a family with three kids) comes with linen and towels provided, and has price inclusive combi-central heating and hot water, (plus a cosy log-burner for the full cottage holiday effect). See our other pages for full facilities list, dates available, prices, and photos.
The walks to the local beaches or woodland and hills and cliffs are genuinely stunning, and you can walk to the local pub "The Britannia" which has a very nice restaurant, in 5 minutes. The local beaches of Llanmadoc and Broughton are perhaps a 15-20 mins [beautiful] walk there is an incline for 200 yards so be prepared to walk downhill out, but uphill on way back). You can reach the adjoining National Trust coastal woodland walk in 10 mins or so.
